Track or cancel an order

Ask your agent: “What’s the status of my postcard?” It calls get_order. Every order also has a status page at order_url.

Status	Meaning
`awaiting_payment`	Created. Nothing happens until it’s paid.
`paid`	In the review and print queue.
`printing`	Approved and being printed.
`mailed`	Handed to USPS First-Class. Usually delivered in 3–5 business days.
`cancelled` / `refunded`	Not mailed. Any payment was refunded in full.

Not paid yet: ask your agent to cancel (cancel_order), or just don’t pay. Unpaid orders are never mailed.
Paid but not printed: email support@sendmypaper.com with the order id for a full refund.
Already mailed: it can’t be recalled. If it comes back undeliverable because of a mistake on our side, we’ll reprint it for free.
