# Track or cancel an order

> Check where an order is, and cancel or get a refund.

## Track

Ask your agent: *"What's the status of my postcard?"* It calls `get_order`. Every order also has a status page at `order_url`.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `awaiting_payment` | Created. Nothing happens until it's paid. |
| `paid` | In the review and print queue. |
| `printing` | Approved and being printed. |
| `mailed` | Handed to USPS First-Class. Usually delivered in 3–5 business days. |
| `cancelled` / `refunded` | Not mailed. Any payment was refunded in full. |

## Cancel

* **Not paid yet:** ask your agent to cancel (`cancel_order`), or just don't pay. Unpaid orders are never mailed.
* **Paid but not printed:** email [support@sendmypaper.com](mailto:support@sendmypaper.com) with the order id for a full refund.
* **Already mailed:** it can't be recalled. If it comes back undeliverable because of a mistake on our side, we'll reprint it for free.
