> Common questions about Sendpaper.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Can my agent pay for me?">Yes, if you let it. It pays with a one-time Stripe token capped at the order's price, which you approve through Stripe Link. Your card number is never shared. Or you pay the checkout link yourself. See [Let your agent pay](/guides/agent-payments).</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Do I need an account or API key?">No. Connect the MCP server or call the API directly. Each order is paid individually.</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Where can you mail to?">US addresses, including Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="How fast is it?">Paid orders are usually printed and mailed within one business day. USPS First-Class typically takes 3–5 business days after that.</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Can you send certified mail?">Not yet. Sendpaper sends First-Class only, with no proof of delivery. Use the post office when a court, landlord or agency requires certified mail.</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Does a person see my mail?">Yes. A person reviews every piece before printing, to keep the service free of harassment and fraud. See the [content policy](/guides/content-policy).</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="How do refunds work?">Unpaid orders are never charged. Paid orders cancelled before printing, or refused under the content policy, are refunded in full.</Accordion>
